Whatever your challenge is this week, I invite you to join in the collective support and energy to face this challenge. Maybe it is big, maybe little, maybe it will be easy, or maybe you will feel scared confronting this shadow.
No matter what the challenge is LET’S DO THIS.
Guided Imagery Support
Take a moment to tune into your supports, the souls, friends, family, ancestors, creatures, Mother Earth, nature, higher beings, or other supports and guides you may have. Perhaps a younger or older or higher version of yourself is present as well.
Imagine these spirits and guides and their supportive energy around you.
What color and consistency is the energy?
What does it feel like as it surrounds or merges with you?
How does your body change with this supportive energy?
Now begin to visual approaching your challenge in your mind with this supportive energy. Allow the scene to unfold.
How do you handle and cope with the challenge?
How can you successfully, maybe not perfectly, surmount this challenge?
Allow the visualization to continue and complete to your satisfaction, at your own pace.
When it is complete, send gratitude to all those that supported you in this journey.
Rest and savor your experience. Notice how you feel in your body. Give yourself gratitude.
